eHOTEL is an application designed to help manage a hotel easily and intuitively.
I conducted workshops with hotel staff to gather insights and ideas. I developed several UX personas and documented the use cases and workflows for each persona.
Based on the UX research, I created low-fidelity wireframes and discussed them with both stakeholders and staff. After several design iterations, I created an interactive low-fidelity prototype, which was reviewed by stakeholders and staff. The user testing was successful, and the project received approval. Using the prototype as a foundation, I developed high-fidelity mockups along with comprehensive documentation.
Finally, I managed the development team to implement the project using an agile process.
I had the opportunity to work on the project from both UX and UI perspectives, and I was also responsible for overseeing the entire UX and development team. This experience allowed me to learn how to lead an interdisciplinary team of front-end and back-end developers.
