The RealValue project taught me that great UX extends far beyond standard user-centric research and requirement gathering—it can actively help define and shape the core vision of the product itself.
On this project, the majority of my time was spent not on traditional wireframing or prototyping, but on facilitating stakeholder workshops. By helping them find a common language, we aligned disparate viewpoints, which ultimately transformed us into a highly cohesive team driven by a single, unified goal.
